Regina was
Director of Research at Women.com Networks prior to forming
Lewis, Mobilio & Associates with her partner, Lynne Mobilio.
She holds a Ph.D. in Mass Communication Research from UNC-Chapel
Hill, and an MBA from Columbia. Regina specializes in the development
of comprehensive online research programs for internet companies
and their marketing clients. For website production and e-commerce
departments, her experience spans visitor segmentation, usability,
awareness and customer satisfaction analyses. For internet advertisers,
she has successfully pioneered tracking studies, diary studies,
consumer models and sampling research to measure the impact
of web sponsorships on purchase intent and loyalty. Prior to
her term at Women.com, Regina developed direct marketing experience
at Time Warner, and database experience at Miller Huber Relationship
Marketing. The list of clients with whom she has worked includes
Procter & Gamble, Toyota, LetsTalk.com, Jenny Craig, Levi's,
Robert Mondavi and PlanetFeedback.com.
